At True Backdrops, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. Please review our policy carefully:

All Sales Final

• All sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

• We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Artwork and Proof Approvals

• It is the customer's responsibility to review and approve all artwork proofs carefully.

• True Backdrops is not responsible for errors (including spelling mistakes, layout issues, or incorrect logos) that were approved by the customer during proofing.

Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges. Each backdrop is custom-made specifically for your order.
