At True Backdrops, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. Please review our return and refund policies carefully:
All Sales Are Final

All orders are custom-made to order.

Because of the nature of custom printing, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Email us at info@truebackdrops.ca with clear photos showing the damage or defect.

We will either:

Replace the damaged item at no cost to you, or
-
Issue a full refund if a replacement cannot be provided.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing your order.

After 12 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
Artwork and Proof Approvals

It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all artwork proofs carefully.

True Backdrops is not responsible for errors (including spelling mistakes, layout issues, or incorrect logos) that were approved by the customer during proofing.
Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Each backdrop is custom-made specifically for your order.
