BEFORE YOUR NEXT EVENT

A little clarity
goes a long way.

Ask us a question ↗
Do I need a cover or a frame + cover bundle?

If you already own a compatible frame, start with a cover. If you need both, browse frame + cover bundles and check the selected listing for its exact contents.

Will a cover fit the frame I already have?

Compare the frame’s exact width, height, and construction with the product specifications. If you’re unsure, send us your frame measurements before ordering.

Are the drapery and sparkle effects printed?

Printed pillow covers and physical drapery are different products. Check the material and construction on the listing. A printed sparkle or drapery design doesn’t mean physical sequins or separate draped fabric are included.

Can I print my client’s logo or artwork?

Yes. Explore custom printing or contact us with your artwork, dimensions, and event date to discuss the right option.

Can I get my order before my event?

Production and transit are separate. Check the current product and shipping information, and contact us with your destination and event date before placing a time-sensitive order.
