Refund policy

At True Backdrops, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. Please review our return and refund policies carefully:

All Sales Are Final

  • All orders are custom-made to order.

  • Because of the nature of custom printing, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Email us at  info@truebackdrops.ca with clear photos showing the damage or defect.

  • We will either:

    • Replace the damaged item at no cost to you, or

    • Issue a full refund if a replacement cannot be provided.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • After 12 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

Artwork and Proof Approvals

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all artwork proofs carefully.

  • True Backdrops is not responsible for errors (including spelling mistakes, layout issues, or incorrect logos) that were approved by the customer during proofing.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. Each backdrop is custom-made specifically for your order.
