Why this kit?
One busy event can pay for the entire kit. Everything after that is profit. Keychains are a $2-$5 add-on per guest at every event — weddings, corporate, birthday parties, bar mitzvahs. If you do 10 events a year with 50 guests each, that is $1,000-$2,500 in pure add-on revenue from one $329 kit.
Why only 45?
The cutter has a 4-week manufacturing lead time and tight margins. I am focusing on what scales — backdrops and high-margin add-ons. This is the last run for operators who still want in. Once these 45 kits are gone, I will only sell keychain refills, not cutters.
